| Chocolatier |

caught a programme last night about this lady who is a Chocolatier. she's been to countries like Brazil and France to learn to become one. i believe she's currently working in Raffles Hotel. cool huh? how many asians, or chinese rather, would think outta the box to venture this career path? not many, and to think she did that. i'm impressed. she also talked about how chocolates need the optimum temperature, which is 18 degree celcius, to stay fresh. also, the concentration of the mind and body to perfecting chocolates. no wonder chocolates don't come cheap. *pouts* but dear and i are chocolate lovers and would die for thick-milky-chocolaty-chocolates. *winkz*
that aside, deardear and i managed to catch some movies which we missed earlier on either due to time constrain or cash flow problems. *tongue sticking out* though not as wow as catching it on-screen, vcd was good enough.

The Terminal wasn't as good as i thought, seemed like an endless wait for Tom Hanks if you ask me, and the language barrier was the killer! anyhow, Meet the Parents was a lot better, though i prefer Meet the Fockers, the serial to the latter.
